Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Pyke, you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully.

What Pyke is

Pyke is a software tool for tracking your own training and progress. Pyke is a tool, not a service - we do not provide personal training, coaching, medical advice, or nutritional advice. The programs and plans in the app are ones you build yourself or generate with the built-in AI, and acting on any of them is your own decision.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• You must be 18 or older.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Pyke for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform.
• Upload content that you don't own or have permission to share.
• Use Pyke to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Try to gain access to other users' accounts or data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Health, fitness, and medical disclaimer

Pyke is not a medical service. The workouts, body measurements, nutrition guidance, and other health-related features are for informational and tracking purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before starting any exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or any symptom that concerns you. You use the app and follow programs at your own risk.

When it uses a health document you added, Pyke's AI is instructed never to diagnose, never to name a medical condition, and never to suggest a supplement, a dose or a medication because of a result on it. If you add a blood test, a body-composition report or a doctor's letter, Pyke reads the numbers and the instructions on it and shows you, for each result it recognises, what that result measures in general terms with its published source; a result it does not recognise is shown with your own value only. Every flagged result is for you and your doctor to discuss. Pyke follows a doctor's training and food instructions in what it builds for you; it does not judge them. Like every AI, it can misread a document or get something wrong, which is why you review every line before it is saved.

We are not liable for any injury, illness, or other harm that arises from your use of Pyke or any content within it.

Subscriptions and payments

Pyke starts with a 14-day free trial. You do not enter any payment

details to begin it and nothing is charged during it.

When the trial ends you can subscribe to keep using the paid features:

• Monthly - US$9.99 per month
• Yearly - US$79.99 per year

Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may vary by

country and with local taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of

each period unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before it ends. Your

account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are billed to your Apple

Account. You can view, change or cancel a subscription at any time in

Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does

not cancel a subscription.

If you do not subscribe, your account stays open and your data stays yours: you

can still read and export everything you have recorded.

Refunds

Because subscriptions are billed by Apple, refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple asks us to confirm

something, we will help. Email hello@pyke.fit if you need a hand.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time directly in Pyke: tap your profile picture on Home, then Account → Delete account. (Settings also has a Delete card that opens the same flow.) This permanently removes your account and personal data (subject to the retention window in our Privacy Policy). You can also stop using the app at any time, or email us at hello@pyke.fit if you need help.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if continuing to provide the service becomes commercially impractical, with reasonable notice.

Changes to Pyke

Pyke is a young product. Features will change. We may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice, though we'll communicate material changes to paying customers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything related to Pyke is capped at the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months (and at zero if you have not paid).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury - even if we were advised of the possibility.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email and require you to re-accept on next sign-in.
